As of 25 May 2018 we have to inform you how we will use your personal data. All data kept is solely to provide a service for you. We will keep your address, phone number, email address and any other relevant data to help us get you from your pick up point to your destination as well as invoice you. This data will be held for as long as you are a customer. The council requires us to keep your previous journeys for 12 months and as we are VAT registered we are required to keep journeys and invoices for up to 7 years. If you are no longer a customer your data will be deleted on year 5 automatically. We will not send you marketing emails. Any emails sent to you will be for updates only and confirmations of bookings.

The Milton Keynes council requires us to keep your previous journeys for 12 months.

It is your responsibility to check the current privacy policy each time you present any information to us. Any submission by you will indicate that you agree to any such changes. You have a right to request withdrawal of your consent at any time.

You can request that we delete your data from our company databases at any time. Please note however that UK law demands certain company records and documents, which may contain personal details have to be kept for a period of 10 years. If your details are not contained on such documents we will immediately delete them from all our databases upon receipt of your request.
